- This agreement is between RBz World, and the individual or organization
using RBz World products or services. The individual or organization
is hereafter referred to as "Customer", "User",
This policy includes both orders submitted via our on-line order form or non-credit card payment orders, submitted offline.
All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. Although RBz World reserves the right to change prices of accounts or services at any time all pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment. Payment is due each anniversary year or month following the date the account was established. Customers will NOT automatically be charged again at the end of their prepay period.
Clients are expected to keep their contact details up to date at all times.
RBz World bills on a monthly, semi annually or yearly cycle, depending on what option and plan has been selected. Account and billing anniversary information will be sent to you after we have processed your order. Prompt payment is necessary to ensure uninterrupted service of your account.
New accounts must pay for their term of service before service is activated on their account.
For Renewal, RBz World must receive your order by the beginning of your billing period. All unpaid balances incurred during period of service by RBz World are subject to collection. In addition, RBz World reserves the right to suspend other services until the outstanding debt is cleared. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer sends a written cancellation request.
Cheque, bank drafts, money order or cash accounts must send payment to RBz World 15 days before their recurring billing date. In the event that payment is not received, service will be suspended at any time between the recurring billing date and the due date.
Customers paying via checks will have their account due date adjusted. The due date will be 15 days before the recurring billing date. Once the account is overdue it may be suspended, even before the recurring billing date.
No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail. All invoices will be sent directly to customers via email shortly after the online purchase has been made.
Domain name registrations and Web hosting accounts are handled by separate entities. In the event you need to cancel, you must specify whether you would like to cancel your Domain name only, your Web hosting plan only, or both your domain and hosting accounts. The cancellation or expiration of your domain name does not automatically terminate your hosting account (or vice versa). Your hosting account billing term automatically renews upon its completion, unless you notify RBz World that you would like to cancel your account.
All new accounts are e-mailed a receipt immediately after the account is setup. If you wish to have a receipt mailed to you via postal mail, you will need to contact our billing department to request this. A $2.00 service fee will be assessed for postal mail receipts. (Rs. 100 PKR for Pakistan postal mail)
Hosting plans will automatically renew until a plan is cancelled. Cancellations requests MUST be sent at least 15 days before account renewal date. Any request for cancellations must be received via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or postal mail.
Cancellations over the telephone and informal email cancellations are not accepted.
Cancellation requests must be received by RBz World a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the end of your Billing Cycle for dedicated server and VPS plans and a minimum of ten (10) days prior to the end of your Billing Cycle for all other plans. Cancellations submitted later than this time may result in automatic renewal of your hosting plan. Cancellations become effective on the day processed by RBz World. RBz World is unable to cancel your account effective for a future date. RBz World will confirm the cancellation request when it is processed. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact RBz World as soon as possible.
Submission of the cancellation form does not automatically complete the cancellation request- your account may be past due or delinquent in which case the balance must be settled before cancellation of an account can be possible. RBz World does not monitor, and will not automatically cancel, plans for problems related to domain name transfers, non-usage, Internic, your ISP, or any other secondary issues not directly related to RBz World services. Cancellation of services does not relieve the customer from paying any outstanding balance owed on the account. RBz World reserves the right to cancel any account, at any time, without notice, for any reason RBz World considers appropriate.
As a client, you commit to the length of your service cycle. Because of your commitment, we offer a discount on the service. Because of this, no refunds are granted for pro-rated service on service cycles, regardless of length. As a client, you commit to your service cycle with payment up front. RBz World commits to providing the offered services backed up by our service guarantees. While we do not offer refunds for pro-rated service beyond the first 30 days of use, you have no obligation to continue using our service even though you have already paid for the service.
No refunds of any sort are offered on Dedicated Servers, VPS servers, Collocation and any software/development services.
If you avail our 15 day money back guarantee all fee's except domain name charges and setup costs are refunded.
Refunds are ONLY offered via cheques.
